This is a great list of resources! Another to add to the list would be Shodor. Shodor is a non-profit in Durham, North Carolina that focuses on computational science education. Shodor has a variety of online resources, one such resource being Interactivate. Interactivate is a set of free, online courseware for exploration in science and mathematics.
